Base Artist Fee

This is a standard fee for the artist's attendance and time at the event. Note that this fee does not cover any tattoos for guests.

 

The base rate does cover the cost of the couple getting married.

Add-Ons

  • Additional Artists: $250 per artist/ hour

  • Extra Hours: $150/hour per artist.

  • Custom Flash Sheet: $200 per sheet (10–12 designs).

  • Additional Couple’s Design: $150 for a fully personalized tattoo.

  • Themed Tattoo Station: $250 to match wedding aesthetics (e.g., rustic, boho, elegant).

  • Temporary Tattoos: $200 for up to 100 temporary tattoo designs for guests who prefer non-permanent options.

  • Aftercare Favor Bags: $15 per bag (includes balm, instructions, and a small keepsake).

  • Custom/ On-Site Flash Design Session: custom flash design creation during the event. Guests can watch the artist draw or make suggestions: $300/session.

  • Guest Signature Tattoos: Guests draw or write small symbols, and the artist turns them into tattoos for the couple or willing guests: $150 setup fee.

  • Personalized Guest Keepsake Flash Sheets: a set of custom flash designs inspired by the couple or the wedding theme, printed for guests to take home as art: $100 for printed sheets.

Travel Options

  • In-Town Services:

    • Travel within  30 km from shop to wedding location (depending on the package) is included.

  • Out-of-Town Services:

    • Additional travel fees (unless otherwise stated) apply at $1.50/km beyond the included range.

    • Accommodations such as hotel and some airfare or vehicle rentals may be required for events farther than 150 km and are to be covered by the client.

FAQs

How old do guests have to be to get a tattoo at my wedding?

Guests must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. Each guest will fill out a consent form and must provide ID upon request.

What if a guest wants more than one tattoo?

No problem! Depending on your chosen package, we will always offer a-la-carte options as well!

What if a guest wants a freehand or custom tattoo instead of a pre-determined flash design?

To ensure everyone gets a turn, we will only tattoo guests with your pre-determined flash designs.

Can guests get a tattoo if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs?

If you plan on drinking, we recommend hiring us early in the evening. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

How many custom tattoos can I offer my guests?

You can offer as many small custom tattoos as you wish. Keep in mind that we charge for each custom design.

Wedding Tattoo Perks

  • Professional, licensed tattoo artists at your wedding venue with Bloodborne Pathogens Certifications, First Aid, and CPR.

  • Safe, clean equipment, single use, one time only disposable materials, wireless set up, in a sheltered or indoor area, complete with sink.

  • Customized flash designs to fit your wedding theme or personal preferences (can be discussed in a consultation prior).

  • A fun tattooing experience for you and your guests, complete with long lasting memories beyond the disposable cameras.

  • All guests will receive a complimentary aftercare package as well. 

The Wedding Tattoo Experience

  • Consultation: We’ll discuss your vision to create a personalized tattoo experience. 

  • Design: Our artists will craft small flash tattoo designs that fit your theme. You decide how many designs you want, we’ll make sure they’re perfect.

  • Execution: Our mobile tattoo artists deliver safe, high-quality tattoos for you and your guests on your wedding day. We handle all equipment, check-in, waivers and setup/ clean up of area, letting you fully enjoy your big day.

  • Cost: We offer a few different packages to choose from, to work with the size and theme of your big day! From elopements, to large parties.
